Smiley’s was recommended to me from Angi’s list and they impressed me the most out of all the bids that were given to me. He was professional, on time for all appointments, and had his presentation ready to show what he can offer (including things that his competitors do not offer). Then on the day of the replacement, his employees were courteous and cleaned up all of their mess, and they went over all sides of the house to make sure that as little debris and nails as possible were left on the site still (I haven’t seen anything yet, so that tells me they did a good job there too!). I will gladly have them com back out in the future when it comes time to replace our garage roof. Buy with confidence!

I needed to replace our roof. I received several estimates. Smiley's Home Improvement rep, JP, was very personable, knowledgeable and impressed me a great deal. Their estimate was very detailed oriented and the warranty was in writing. They were my first choice. Second step was to look at their digital footprint and read their reviews. I wasn't finding much about them. Normally, I would have moved on to the next estimate. However, I was so impressed with JP and with their estimate I called them up and told them they needed to prove to me they're a legitimate company. Having lived in Florida, I've seen my fair share of fly by night companies. They provided me all the documentation I asked for and even provided me with convincing documents that I hadn't considered. You might say I ran them through the ringer. From the time I requested proof to the time I received it, was merely minutes. I had received proof of insurance, followed that up by actually calling their insurance company for verification. I received their Better Business Bereau rating, Owen's Corning documents showing they were certified with them. I know I can be anal, but being retired military, I've learned to think worst case scenarios. I was satisfied with their credentials. They showed up the morning they said they would but I of course thought maybe 9 or 10 am, they were here 7 or 730. They replaced my roof, fixed my sagging rafters, replaced the worn out and damaged plywood, installed ridge vents, and did it all in a day. They did an amazing job to include clean-up. It's been a week and I only found 1 nail. They did everything they said they would, put every bit of it in writing and provided me with yhe detailed warranty. I whole heartedly recommend Smiley's Home Improvement for you roofing needs. I give them an A+ in service requested, Quality of products and installation and VALUE.
